Open-Shell  If you are accustomed to the retro menu “Start”, which is no longer in the new version of Windows, you should not worry much about this. Open-Shell is a easy-using program that allows you to redo this menu to start up to match your preferences. After launch, you will get a few styles, Classic Skin, Metallic, Metro, Midnight and Window Aero. Each of them can be further customized using individual parameters, such as transparency, small icons, icon frames and user image.
